Bilingual Service

Have you ever attended a bilingual service? I have, several times. But the one I attended last Thursday was the first of its kind.

Usually 'bilingual' means translation is provided, that one could survive by understanding either. This one was special because in this particular service, 'bilingual' means it was assumed that all attendees are 'bilingual' -- able to understand both language! Some part of the service was done in Indonesian, other part in Bataknese. The solist also sang English songs. Hmm ... perhaps it should have been called a trilingual service. :D

oh... interesting service.
it's better than the one that is 'translated' bilingual (which I am always impatient about!!)

indeed ... as long as the premise is true (everyone involved is bilingual) :p
