Rainy season has arrived. And as usual, with it comes the flood. Today
is one of the 'big' day. It's been raining all night long, and as
result, various spots in Jakarta is flooded today. Most offices as
well as many schools were closed. Many people just canceled whatever
they were planning to do and stay at home.
I myself was stucked in a traffic jam.

I hope you still have dry feet! What about other BS members in Jakarta? Do you know whether they still have dry feet?
It is getting worse every year right? Is it 'global warming' and climate change?

Thanks for dropping by. It's over, everyone has dry feet by now. One only compares this year's flood with those of 1996 and 2002. 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 were definitely nothing compared to 2002, while this year it's worse than 2002.

Report says: in 2002 .. flood covered 20% of Jakarta, in 2007 .. flood covered 60% of Jakarta, prediction... in 2012 .. flood will cover almost 100% of Jakarta??
Well, it might be.
How about 1996? Is it valid to extrapolate base on 2 data?
